GoogleSunny has been managing my property for over 10 years and I can honestly say he has always been attentive and supportive of all of our requests and business needs. One example is the fact that my rent has always been received on time as well as keeping kept abrest of any changes regarding our tenancy agreements or overall changes to the property.
In recent months, there have been challenges with tenants where a fully focused and knowledgeable approach was required to overcome these issues. Sunny has ensured to provide me with the right level of guidance and approach to overcome these issues and get the property running as it should with very little stress involved.
Overall, I have found Sunny to be conscientious in providing a good service where most importantly he has been available to address all my concerns. I have come to feel very comfortable with Sunny and Charles Richardson Ltd’s management of my property.

GoogleWe have used Charles Richardson Estate Agents to manage our flat in West Norwood for several years which we recently sold.
Neal was our point of contact for the duration of our experience. While the experience with various tenants over the years has been its own adventure, I HAVE TO SAY that Neal was there for us the ENTIRE time. With both owners of the flat living in other parts of the country we really relied on him and he definitely went above and beyond in our case.
As someone who is living in a rented flat dealing with horrible estate agents I also really appreciated that Neal took care of the tenants as well.
We were nervous to use an agency to manage our property. Neal made our lives so much easier. I'm incredibly grateful to him.

I am also very impressed with their improving technological and staff support, which has allowed an increasingly more efficient overall service.
