GoogleFrom start to finish selling our apartment in Thorne, we had amazing communication from Matthew and Team, they were friendly, approachable and helpful. We had a very stressful couple of weeks over Christmas and even when we popped in for a vent we were welcomed into the Thorne office and reassured and made to feel very welcome. Claire was my weekly lifeline and ended up becoming Kirstles and Spenny via email. So we would like to thank all involved in our move for making it a more pleasurable transaction than experienced with other estate agents in the past

GoogleIt has been a particularly difficult and stressful sale for my family as we live in Southampton and my Grandson has been very poorly in and out of hospital a lot. Not living in the area, we have relied on Claire to point us in the right direction re house clearance, solicitors etc. She has certainly gone above and beyond! I positively looked forward to her calls as she’s just so cheerful and uplifting and very caring in asking about my Grandson and wishing him well. GoogleAt first I had a slightly OK experience with our estate agent at Screetons, who then left. We then had Claire who was like a breath of fresh air! I can not thank Claire enough, she really went above and beyond for me during the process of buying my first home. After having a hard time with my solicitor, Claire would take the time to update me often and would answer any questions I had. She is amazing at her job and made me feel at ease. She really made the long, dragged out process of buying my first home so much easier, I really can not thank her enough for everything she has done. Outstanding at her job. Very professional, polite, and friendly! Thank you so much, I really appreciate everything you have done for us!

GoogleMatthew and Claire went above and beyond when dealing with our house sale. They were the ones who prompted the solicitors to get their jobs done and even in the face of procrastinating buyers were professional throughout. We would recommend them any day.

GoogleI'm currently on a house hunt and I am always happy to see Screetons as Agent when coming across a house I like. Friendly and fair always letting everyone view the house before owners consider any offers. (And believe me or not, I had multiple viewings through different agents cancelled even minutes before appointment due to houses being sold)...
