Really poor service from Slough office make appointments then don't turn up. But keep calling you to make sure you get to the property. Really rude staff very condescending and just are a bunch of liars.

We have tried to contact the above person on numerous occasions but to no avail. If ultimately the author of this feedback would like to contact us again with details of the issues concerned then we would be happy to investigate. However, neither this branch or any other local office has any record of this person which makes following up impossible! Hello Viv, Thank you for taking the time to leave Besley Hill some feedback and sorry that the service you were provided wasn't up to standards. I have tried to find you on our system so I can investigate the problem further, unfortunately I can't find you anywhere on our system.
