Nevertheless, the photos and write up were slick, professional and painted my property in the very best light. Working hard to get the right people round to view the property and conducting the viewings on my behalf as I work full time was all part of a fantastic service. As were the frequent updates and sensible, practical advice / guidance on both my sale and purchase (through another agent). Selling my house in just three weeks, for full asking price, got me exactly what I needed to allow me to offer on, and successful purchase, my forever home. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and both Anthony and Emily ensured the whole sale process went as smoothly as possible. Thank you both so much - would highly recommend. And in fact I have - my parents are currently using Belvoir to discuss their own sale / purchase options!

Amazing photos that are a breath of fresh air from the standard shots, they really take the time to showcase the 'wow' parts. We were kept informed every step of the way by setting up a messaging group which is ideal for anyone with a busy working life. Can highly recommend if you want a swift, smooth service.

Direct reviewsI can???t sing the praises of Anthony and Emily enough they went over and above a normal estate agent handling both the sale of my house and that of my Dads who died earlier this year, they kept me in the loop every step of the way and handled all the viewings for me. They gave me the benefit of there experience helping me find my new home. Would recommend them to anyone who will listen to me.

Moving from out of area made viewing a challenge. Anthony and Emily worked really hard to keep me in touch with all the property coming to market after chatting to me about what I wanted. Remote viewing and speedy service bagged me the perfect place. They then worked hard to keep the sale on track and get us over the line. Although I was the buyer, not their client I was always kept informed and knew I could rely on them to make that sale happen. Highly recommended.

GoogleVery helpful and professional staff. When we arrived at the rental and found the stove unusable due to filth, they promptly arranged for it to be cleaned. They also offered to reimburse us for any costs related to clean-up of the outside garden. They have been a positive letting agency to work with. Recommended!
