GoogleDue to circumstances beyond our control, the sale of our house took much longer than anticipated and it was also complicated by us making an international move. Helen was absolutely brilliant as an agent, she gave us regular updates on our sale and we never felt in the dark regarding any aspect of the process. This has been the best experience with an Estate Agent that we have had, by far. Would wholeheartedly recommend this Agent and Helen in particular.

GoogleFriendly bar staff Haley was doing her best but couldn't get the beer to pour for ages. The place is in a sad state for such an important historical site with patched damage to the diamond-leaded windows. The carpark is a mess and serves to "welcome" you to a very tired place in every respect. It is serving an eclectic mix of kegs and other drinks to some interesting characters.

GoogleWasn’t the smoothest house sale, took 19 months from listing to completion and landed at 80% of the original valuation. Because it was quite long we were supported by several agents. Tom stepped in late in the process (12 months in) and he was particularly helpful near the end liaising with our buyer solicitors and giving us direct updates.

GoogleOver the past few years we've used Milne Moser to sell two and buy one property in the Cartmel, south Lakes area. We used them because of their knowledge of the area and not just "Pretend knowledge" that everyone claims they have but real practical experience and real honest valuations and guidance. The entire team came to the property before it went on the market to ensure they individually could relate and have personal knowledge to aid with questions when arranging viewings. They might not be the biggest but they are the best.

GoogleReally positive process dealing with Milne Moser with really high levels of communication and engagement to ensure we knew what was happening. From the first viewing they were very good with us answering any questions and offering information but allowing us to look at our own pace without feeling like we were being pushed into something. All the way through to completion support and reassurance was provided to help make a stressful process easier. Helen’s regular phone calls and chasing of other parties got us through a move that had a lot of difficulties and we are not sure we could have done it without her.

GoogleWe had confidence in Milne Moser from the start. Their first visit to our home was friendly, helpful and informative, care was taken to ensure the photos of our property were realistic and truthful. The on-going support and friendliness of the office staff and the gentleman who took the viewings for us was excellent - we were kept fully informed at all times during the process. We utilised the full service from Milne Moser and found their solicitor be very approachable and friendly, she helpfully and patiently answered our many questions! Our property sold very quickly, the process was smooth and stress free. The suggested asking price was realistic for the area, which we think helped our sale. Other local agents suggested either substantially more (unrealistic) or indeed substantially less. Two actually suggested some £23K less than the price achieved, (no wonder they boasted about their sales figures)! We would recommend Milne Moser without hesitation, as they were very professional, helpful and friendly in achieving a speedy stress-free sale for us.

GoogleWe recently sold a property through Milne Moser. From the initial meeting through to completion all I can say is that we had full confidence and support from the Milnthorpe office. As we live away from the area Milne Moser were happy to take full management and viewings. We had regular updates and feedback regarding the property and their friendly service felt like included in the process. On completion of the sale they even supplied the meter readings which meant a 520 mile round trip was avoided. If you need local knowledge and support when selling your property Milne Moser is the one.

Good support in getting the required probate valuation and then helped me manage the sale from afar as I'm based 1.5hour drive away from the property we were selling. Seamless experience.
