GoogleBoyd's were an absolute dream to deal with while we were looking for somewhere to rent! Sinéad and Aoibhe were so responsive, we knew the decision about our rental within an hour of our viewing, and they made the process of sorting not just the lease, but security, bins, electricity and all an absolute breeze for us as first-time renters. We're so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a property! ✨

The entire project ran smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working together again. Vanya Stage My Home

GoogleBoyd's Auctioneers and friendly professional staff provided highly satisfactory top notch professionalism and service with the sale of two residential properties which I entrusted to Michael Boyd. Expert advice and communication from all members of the team led to the highest possible price that could be achieved in extraordinarily efficient time. The sales prices achieved by the Boyd's sales team broke the record as the highest residential sales prices in Kilkenny city center in recent times. I would highly recommend Boyd's Auctioneers for creative sales techniques and marketing of all real estate transactions.

GoogleBoyds have managed my rented property in Kilkenny for fifteen years and they have been superlative. They are quick to respond and unfailingly courteous, and I can trust them to make good decisions and look after my tenants and house really well. I have had no stress or worries about the property or the tenants in all the time they have managed it. Yesterday I got a phone call to say that the ceiling had collapsed in the ensuite after the recent storm when the lead piping gave way, but Sinead had already gone straight round, and sorted it out for the tenants immediately. A fantastic service, wonderful staff and great value for money. I love Boyds. Highly recommended if you want someone who you can really trust to manage your property well.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
