Sadly a significant deterioration in service , attention to details since last used. The branch have no control over the social media marketing , and explained to us it was a new system, which used AI. Numerous FB posts had no info at all on the size of our house, or had the totally wrong info. We received no updates apart from 1 in a 3 month period. Our web listings had no video content, and unfortunately policing the constant mistakes became my job. It took 2 months of requests in writing, by phone , and in person before they arranged a targeted campaign. Perhaps best suited for starter selling flats, but totally out their depth for a larger / higher priced property sale. Very pleasant staff, chaotic service.

I have been kept informed every step of the way and given guidance at various times since it was the first time selling a house, so a new experience for us both! The staff are so friendly and professional as well.
