I was looking for a new home in a hurry as my landlord had sold my home of 6 years. Ben was so kind and helpful and I was able to find a wonderful newly refurbished flat in Ramsgate. Other agents were inflexible and my circumstances made it difficult to get a place but Springer Homes went out of their way to help me.

The BEST Estate Agents in Thanet!! After listing our property with prettyich every other agent in the local area over the past few years (who were all charging double the price btw) We recently sold our property with Springer Homes. The professionalism, attention to detail and approachability of their staff made the whole process easy. Our sale was not as simple as you'd first think with our first buyers pulling out without much explanation after months of enquiries, Ben and his team had another buyer lined up within 4 working days! You will not be sorry for working with Springer Homes I know we aren't!

We've used other estate agents based in the Thanet area, each were really keen to provide tenants, however over time they would seek ways to rip off the landlord where they could, yet not look after the buy to let property as we were led to expect. The unfortunate & costly result being we've been left cautious of their claims of good management and honesty. We've now been with Ben (and father) for a while and they have restored faith. As a 2 man family business they are small enough to care and have remained competent, very helpful and trustworthy. We would heartily recommend Springer Homes to any landlord fed up with the larger, far less personal outfits, who were really about profiteering at the landlords' expense. It's been such a relief to appoint and work with Springer Homes.
