GoogleAfter months on the market without a single offer we relisted our property with O 'Connell and wow how I wish we had come to them the first time! Rob was professional and exceedingly knowledgeable about the local area and market conditions. The standard of the photography and the video for our listing were exceptional and helped us to achieve an accepted offer within 3 weeks. Kate was brilliant and helped us with the sale progress and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I could really trust that she was chasing on our behalf so I had one less thing to worry about! Overall with their knowledge and expertise they delivered a servicd better then I could of imagined, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the local area.

GoogleI recently used this agency to rent a fantastic 3 bedroom house in Gloucester. I dealt with a very friendly chap called Oli. As a truck driver I find it very hard to get days off in the week for viewings etc. Oli was fantastic help in working around this issue and helping me through the process of renting a property. When I went to collect the keys he even gave me two bottles of wine which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this agency. I will certainly consider using them again in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely a 5 star review. O'Connells have helped us on 3 occasions over the last 15 years, both buying and selling, most recently selling my late Mums retirement flat. Communication is the key for me and O'Connells are 10/10 for this. Frequent updates, even during the times when the wheels turn slowly you're never left wondering what is happening. Oli, based at Tewkesbury was an absolute star, always friendly, always professional, always approachable, even with the smallest query. Bravo O'Connells, once again you been the best.

GoogleRoy, Faye and the team did a fantastic job with our Hartpury sale. Communication was swift and proactive and nothing was too much trouble. Our property sold within a week and despite sales processes never running smoothly, Roy kept us firmly up to date, ensured any issues were promptly dealt with, and did much follow up behind the scenes with the various involved parties to keep the process moving forward. We have had a relationship with O'Connells for over 5 years as they helped us rent our house multiple times before selling. Again, great experience as our rental agents as well as sales agents.

GoogleWe found that correct procedures were followed from the start of our purchase, and important issues were clarified. Roy was very willing to arrange extra viewings even over the Christmas period. Both he and his assistant communicated frequently and promptly between ourselves and the sellers of the property, consistently kept us up to date with developments and sought to smooth out any problems or answer our queries. All this was done in the most friendly and obliging manner: one always felt nothing was too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending the Tewkesbury agency!

GoogleExcellent service from Fay O'Connell. We viewed a house being sold by her and she was extremely well informed and was able to answer every question we asked. She was very helpful in telling about possible solutions to problems with the house we were viewing. Provided a lot of information about the locality as we're not from Gloucester.

FacebookIf you are selling or buying a house, you HAVE to go with o'connells. I cannot recommend them enough. Every member of staff we spoke to were excellent, especially Chris. So helpful, always available, updated on WhatsApp every step of the way. There for advice and helped with issues further on the chain aswell. After dealing with other estate agents in the county and seeing how poorly they treat clients, these guys are way ahead of the game. I have been singing their praises to friends all the way through and especially now our house has completed. Thankyou so much o'connells.

GoogleNot a fair party when it come to review of the deposit. Started the email to us accusing us of damage that was show in the original inventory of the rent. Acted like bully's and that they knew better when they were clearly not looking at the original inventory at all. The way that the process of moving out from one of their managed properties was handled was slow, poorly managed and the customer service was shocking.
