Engall Castle reviews

We have had such an amazing experience with Engall Castle. We met Tom years back when we were looking for a previous property and he was the only local estate agent to persevere throughout our search. 3 years later I contacted Tom and explained we were wanting to move again. Within a week of having our photos taken our house was snapped up at full asking price, even before hitting the market. We had the luxury of also purchasing a property through Tom and the team which made the experience even better. 12 weeks on we have moved without any hiccups! Thankyou to Wendy, Tom and team Engall Castle!

After viewing a number of properties through Engall Castle we finally purchased one with them. We found them, particularly Tom, to be very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and honest. You could tell that Tom really knew the ins and outs of each property we viewed and could answer all of our questions. No viewing ever felt rushed. Following our offer being accepted on one of the properties Engall Castle were very responsive whenever we had a query. Thank you Tom and the team!!

Tom from Engall Castle was great during the recent sale of my property- always available with prompt answers to any question , keeping us up to date and getting things moving when required . I would have no hesitation in recommending him, and will be giving him a call for any further house sales or purchases we might make

We recently sold our property with Engall Castle. Wendy and Tom supported us throughout the process, keeping us informed (as our sale was not the easiest) and were always quick to respond. From taking the photos of our property, preparing the brochure (which we were so pleased with!) and beyond, they were professional and knowledgeable and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Engall Castle stepped in at a time when our hopes were fading and Tom went above and beyond, selling my house quickly and efficiently. We were then able to buy the house we’d set our hearts on. Thanks Tom and Wendy. Highly recommended.

Just awesome. I was given an incredibly short time frame to purchase and sell, which many had said was un achievable . Wendy and Tom went above and beyond to make the impossible, possible. I was given clear, precise information and support during the process and even now after completing. I highly recommend these guys 👍 …

We had to wait nearly 10 months for probate to be granted on the property we wanted to buy. Despite our frustrations with the process Wendy Tom and the team were always very responsive and reassuring despite my impatience!

Very professional, they helped with the sale and purchase of our property, Wendy and her Team were brilliant, we brought and sold during the pandemic so a difficult and trying time, but Wendy worked so hard to get everything sorted and through, Wendy really went above and beyond, they are such a professional and very hard working Estate Agent and we personally would highly recommend to others - absolutely top notch Estate Agents 👍PositiveProfessionalism

The entire team at Engall Castle were exceptional throughout the process. Lucy, Tom & Wendy continuously kept us up to date with proceedings and were really flexible in terms of follow up viewings of the property and getting additional information for us. They were really proactive in progressing things further up the chain to help complete and exchange in a reasonable timeframe so no further delays were incurred. I couldn't recommend them more and if I were to sell my new property in the future I would definitely be reaching out to them to act as the agent.

Tom and Wendy from Engal Castle have been great at supporting us while going though our rather longwinded and frustratingly slow purchase. They genuinely care, are quick to respond and have kept us in the loop throughout, making the process more bearable. I can highly recommend them for buying or selling in and around Tewkesbury

We've purchased a property through them. As a first time buyer my interaction with this estate agent was very positive. They've answered all the questions we've had, answered the phone every time. We've had an issue after the purchase was completed and contacted them. They were very supportive and helped us to resolve the problem. Thank you very much. I can recommend their services.
