The professionalism of this agency is 0/10. Me and my girlfriend were trying to found an house to rent by ourselves, but alone in this house crisis is difficult to reach someone before others, so we decided to contact S.F. Agency: The first appointments went great, with a lot of positive feedback and illusions of care of the customer, but at the clue, when we were ready to sign for a cozy home that we liked a lot, the agent disappeared. No more emails and no more appointments. We asked for news and the response was: “the landlord has to think about his options. Would you like to visit again this other house? (that we didn’t like and the agent perfectly knew, because we spoke about it)”. After answering that we would like to have another appointment to discuss the opportunities, the agent disappeared again, this time forever. I really hope that your chances of getting a house will be better than ours, but try to find it yourself instead of giving this agency the opportunity to illuse you.

Just bought my new home back in Ireland after over 30 years abroad. The agent at Sherry Fitzgerald Gorey ( Linda Christopher) couldn’t have been more helpful. The process turned into a bit of an ordeal but Linda was there to help any time she could. So 5 Stars for service. That always came with a smile.

We were tenants of a Sherry Fitz property for almost 7 years, and were always happy with how they handled our inquiries. They were also very helpful when it came to us moving out, and accommodated us when we needed to change the date. SF also returned our deposit promptly. Incidentally, Paul, who was responsible for conducting the intermittent inspections, was an absolute delight!

This company is amazing especially Mark Lawlor. They sold my house quickly and efficiently. It was really easy to catch Mark on the phone for any queries. He did a great job in getting the best price for my house whilst having great integrity by giving transparent information both to me and to the buyers. He guided me and provided excellent advice from start to finish. I give Sherry Fitzgerald 5 stars and will definitely use them in the future. They are a little dearer than other companies but it's worth it for a seamless service. I got a valuation from another company for the same house and they valued it €105k lower than what Sherry Fitzgerald valued it at and obtained so Sherry Fitzgeralds valuations are more accurate.

We sold a house in Galway with Sherry Fitz. I really regret choosing them. We did had some bad luck. The agent had an illness mid way the sale and then another agent had to sell it who'd no interest as, our property was small. But also, their process is to only do viewings twice a week. If people couldn't make those viewings they wouldn't show them the house. It definitely didn't show the house to all those who might have been interested. The second agent didn't follow up with several people who'd shown interest, despite me asking if she did. Over all, there far better agents in Galway who are flexible and will do more work to show your house. Before you sell, contact a few agents as if you are buying and see how easy the make it to view a house etc. Wish I'd done that.

I rented a house with my ex girlfriend, unfortunately we broke up. She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.

Sometimes made phone calls on my behalf to significant others or directed me on who to call in the bid expedite the process. OH, my God! they are careless and 100% unprofessional. We traveled to Ireland to see their propriety. The call center girl was dry manners like she was doing a huge favor to call you and let you visit the room. The man to show the house came late, forgot the keys, and didn't have a clue about the house. The property was dirty, smelling, and damaged. The next day when we asked questions about the house's functioning they got angry and someone informed us that the house had been rented. I wonder if there is a worse service than that. My experience was below the expectations. I hope that the Irish real state market can not be based on that, no respect to the prospect.

Linda walked us through the process guiding both the sellers and buyers through the steps and helped resolve conditions our lender issued for mortage approval.
