GoogleVery many thanks to Ella and Rebecca in Warner Gray’s Rye office. Lovely people, who kept us fully informed throughout, and went the extra mile to keep our purchase on track. Too many agents concentrate on their actual client, the seller, and take the buyers for granted. Not these!

GoogleMany people consider using web based agents these days to save money. However, I decided to choose WG who I had bought the house through as I wanted personal approach, both for me but possible buyers. This has been especially helpful during lockdown periods. I am so glad I did, as there were a lot of issues through the chain and WG effectively managed the lot and ensured that it came to a positive conclusion. Communication is often the key and missing in long chains but WG acted throughout in a very professional manner, keeping me informed when other professionals did the opposite. This not only kept everyones focus in the right place but removed some of the unnecessary stress that comes with house moves. I recommend their use of video which I believe stands out from the rest, especially of value if your property has rural benefits. In summary, I 100pc recommend Warner Gray
