James was absolutely brilliant. He gave us honest, sound advice, took a lot of time choosing photos that really showed off our home and kept us up to date on each step. Our house sold within a day and although the chain was short, it proved a challenging time. James pushed it through and kept everyone informed so that the chain remained up to date. I would definitely recommend him and his colleagues.

We first came across James and Kelly late in 2018 when we purchased our current house via R W & W. We were very impressed with their attitude and helpfulness - beyond what we expected - especially when there were some hurdles to cross. So recently, when having to sell a relative's house, they were the first to call and were the most reasonably priced out of three we enquired about and their advice was particularly appreciated. We have just finished the sale and are very happy with the way things went. Also note, house buying and selling is usually quite stressful - but Kelly is particularly helpful with her banter. We would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend.

I can't recommend the team at Rush, Witt, Wilson highly enough. Their care, attention and customer service is second to none. They went above and beyond to help us find buyers for our property under extreme time pressure and guide the sale to completion within the required time frame. Estate agents are often maligned but I have to say that Kelly and James put all such criticisms to one side by focusing on the needs of their clients - both seller and buyer - to ensure a good buying and selling experience for all involved.
