GoogleHappy to edit to address the (very likely AI) response of Blackbear.
They bought an existing agency so that they had immediate market share, which is a completely reasonable business practice (unsure whether they have paid for it yet due to the structure of the agreement).
However they sacked all of the staff who came over with the old business - which for me is not a reasonable way to do business, especially doing this in a fairly undignified way.
They might be a competent agency (although not all the reviews say that) and a lot of the positive old reviews were for the old business and related staff.
Treat people how you would like you / your family to be treated!

GoogleThey were instructed to sell a property for me about 3 months ago, they said they had a cash buyer, they marked the house as sold on their website. He turned out not to be a cash buyer at all, they were instructed to re market the property before Easter to take advantage of the Easter break and easing of the lockdown rules, they total ignored my instruction and here we are on the 10th May, they still haven’t returned the property to the market and is still marked as sold on their website not even sold subject to contract.
They messed around with is so called cash buyer for nearly 3 months. They are now sacked and the property will go back on the market with another agent. In 40 years of business I’ve never encountered such bad service from an agent or supplier, they are completely incompetent.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
