GoogleWe recently used Birt and Co to market and sell a flat in Tenby. Given that we are based in New Zealand, we aren't overly familiar with the real estate process in the UK. Ben and his team couldn't have been more helpful in providing information about how it all worked and what to expect. They helped us through every step of the way, facilitated the negotiations with us despite the time difference and best of all achieved an outcome that we were all delighted with. The communication was excellent and the results were great. I have no hesitation in recommending Birt and Co for property owners looking to sell in the Tenby area.

GoogleFirst class - I helped a family member sell a very special property and Birt & Co handled the sale very sympathetically, with great expertise and really went the extra mile with every aspect of the sale.

FacebookGreat service, photos that were taken and put online captured the house just how I wanted it. Caught the eye of potential buyers straight away. Good communication throughout from Kelly.

GoogleWe emailed 2 local estate agents in Tenby and Burt & Co answered our questions within 5 mins and made phone contact. We are now going to arrange for them to sell our property.
The other co have never responded!
