I cannot recommend Josh highly enough. He put so much time and effort into making sure everything ran smoothly and was in regular contact giving updates and answering queries. He is very flexible so was able to do viewings at weekends and evenings. He also kept in close contact with my buyers and chased solicitors to ensure as smooth a sale as possible. I have to admit, my experience with estate agents in the past has not been great but Josh has renewed my faith and I would recommend everyone to employ him for their sale.

Josh kept us informed every step of the way, with weekly updates as a minimum. He gave us solid advice on how to best market our house, and secured our asking price within a few weeks. He did all of our house viewings and maintained excellent comms between us, the buyer and both sets of solicitors. Professional, conscientious and a really nice guy to boot. I highly recommend his services.

Josh was a great estate agent, he is professional but also honest, approachable and friendly. Had a knowledge of the area and clearly experienced in his field. Always answered the phone whenever we called and was reliable and easy to contact. Didn’t feel any pressure to go for their property and everything felt very open in terms of discussing costs etc. We didn’t end up using Ewe Move as we went with another option, however we feel that if we did we know we would’ve been in good hands.

We brought our first home through Josh, he was so helpful throughout our journey. He was available for additional viewings out of hours and at weekends. He was responsive to any queries we had and we never waited longer then an hour for a WhatsApp message back. and was always available for a quick call. He would frequently check in with us and the seller to see where we were at with solicitors and even chased the solicitors on our behalf multiple times to ensure a smooth and quick process. Without Josh’ support we would not of been able to complete within 3 months of our first viewing on the property. We would highly recommend Josh. Thanks again !

Josh accounted for me viewing a property on a day he wasn't in the area. As a first time buyer he provided many answers for my many questions. Although the move in date hasn't been confirmed josh has continued to call both parties solicitors and keep me updated. A nice bloke with a attentive work attitude
