GoogleLots of stunning houses, a small park area for the children with green spaces for them to play too. No bins for walkers which would help with the occasional stay dog poo bag and putting benches around the estate would be a lovely touch on all 3 phases. The estate itself is kept well and maintained to a good standard. Very busy access point as one way in and out for the time being and people aren't always respectful of their sides of the road. A nice community for potential future buyers. Welcoming estate and houses are built to a very good standard. We have lived here for almost 3 years and are still very happy we made the decision to move into a new build for the first time. It hasn't put us off. Would recommend a David wilson house to anyone who asked. Staff at the sales office are always very friendly and informative.

GoogleGood quality houses, but prices reflect this. Quite high for what is meant to be starter homes. Biggest issue is the lack of infrastructure as they haven't added in the second access road as promised so the only route out has no pavements and is dangerous for pedestrians.
