We have recently put our reservation down on our first home in Lawley, Telford. Victoria at the Telford site has been incredible.
After viewing almost every new built estate in our area, and hating most of the ‘salesy’ consultant, Victoria was an absolute breath of fresh air. Not once did she act ‘salesy’ or try to convince to go for something bigger/more expensive. She talked through all our options thoroughly, kept us in the loop with all developments and took us on a site tour to help us decide between two plots.
We are over the moon to have a new home with Barratt and couldn’t have made the big decision without Victoria.
