We bought our property through Dart and Partners Dawlish and found them to be an excellent agency to deal with. Izabela was exceptionally supportive and liaised brilliantly with our agent and solicitor to ensure exchange/completion progressed in what was a very lengthy/complex chain. Would not hesitate to recommend Dart and Partners in future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Dart and Partners Dawlish came to the rescue after Fulfords wasted months, deceived us and let us down. Without any hesitation Dart and Partners team fought against all odds to get our sale back on track despite the mess that Fulford's left behind. The dedication from the team at Dart's was superb. They are truly passionate about their duty to their work and success was achieved by their ingenuity, tenacity and humanity, they achieved success against all the odds.

Rob, Stuart and Caroline of the Dawlish office have given us fantastic service throughout the sale of our home. We were part of a complex chain and Rob in particular worked hard to progress the sale to Exchange of Contracts through many challenges.

I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the sale of Flat 2a Westlands Dawlish EX70BY on 21/06/24 and particularly with the professional and thoughtful assistance given throughout a rather long and complicated sale by Stuart Copeland and Rob Viner. Against all odds patience won, thank you both so very much!

Great support in selling our property in Dawlish by Rob and Stuart. At each point they kept us up to date with the process, as well as going out of their way to help given we were some distance away from the property that was being sold, which gave us extra comfort.

recently sold my property through Dart & Partners at Dawlish. From their initial valuation appraisal; the viewings, the subsequent offers and then through to the final sale the whole team of Stuart, Theresa and Izabela where fantastic. Their enthusiasm, calm manner and professionalism gave me the confidence to instruct them to place my property on the market with them. House sales may often be a stressful time, but their expertise and commitment ensured a quick and easy sale for me. Thank you so much.

I recently sold my cottage through Dart & Partners in Dawlish and was extremely impressed. Chris Pearson valued the house and is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and area, as well as being extremely personable. Izabela took the trouble to come and look at the house on her way home one evening so she was aware of the quirks of the location and layout which I was impressed with. She has a very nice way about her and is clearly very good at her job. They sold my house extremely quickly with an efficient and professional negotiation and the transaction completed within two months (pretty unheard of at the moment). Overall I was really happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently purchased our park home via Darts. The agent that dealt with our purchase Theresa McPhilimey was Professional, helpful polite and friendly. From our first viewing and all the bits in between right through to receiving our keys. She is a great representative for Darts and if we ever decided to sell our home in the future Darts would be at the top of our list. Not forgetting Stuart & Izabella who were also professional, polite and friendly. All in all a great team Many thanks to you all xPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

After we got a few local estate agents to value our property we decided to use Dart and Partners to sell our house based on professional interactions with Chris during the initial valuation. We chose to sell our property during a difficult time but once we had an offer the process was efficient and both Chris and Izabella from the Dawlish office were supportive and helpful. Should I be in a position to sell my property again I would not hesitate to use Dart and Partners.

What a super perfectly helpful Estate Agents Dart and partners are. Theresa McPhilimey has gone out of her way to help push not only the purchase but also our sale of my property which is through another estate agent. Theresa has contacted all solicitors for both parties on both properties and managed to get things moving quickly. Thank You So Much
