GoogleBradleys shaldon tried to sell our house with no success. They are ok whenit comes to reducing the price and with a house that sells itself but when it comes to selling they are very poor. There was also evidence that they lead buyers to put in low offers, some 300k below the asking price.If you want an agent to maximise your selling price i suggest you try Darts
Dear Rob T, we respect your opinion although the multitude of other reviews both before and after yours would suggest the team in Shaldon do a sterling job of selling homes and achieving the best price in a timescale that suits our clients. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for you although we are pleased you have managed to successfully sell your home and wish you all the best in the future.

GoogleThe ladies in the Shaldon office of Bradleys are all very nice and efficient. However, on this occasion Jess was a real star! We'd been badgering her for some weeks to find us a suitable home in the village and knew our budget was tight, but she came up trumps with a really lovely cottage that we'll move in to next week. The whole process took about nine weeks so we're absolutely delighted. We recommend Bradleys in Shaldon (and especially Jess) very highly indeed!

GoogleAs first time buyers, we were pretty clueless on the buying process. We fell in love with a property, advertised by Bradley’s, and thanks to a friend we went to view what would become our first home. We used Abbie, as our mortgage advisor, Abbie was super helpful, and patient with our million and one queries! From start to finish everyone at the Shaldon Branch has been amazing, a big big thanks to Jess! Who has gone out of her way to help us, from information and liaising with our solicitor when we were unable to get a response, to obtaining quotes for some work to the property. Jess has taken an interest in us, and our property, gone above and beyond, has been extremely speedy with replies to any questions, and generally been a great help! We also had a cute box of goodies waiting for us at the property on completion day. A huge thanks to Jess and all the staff at Bradley’s! Shane & Kyra

Extensive local knowledge, backed up by superb office team who will attend to all aspects of the sale, purchase or rental, nothing is too much trouble. We have bought and sold several times through this agent and cannot recommend them highly enough, especially as they are the most competitively priced to boot.

GoogleOn the recommendations of several friends in the village, we used Bradleys for the sale of our house in Shaldon and they were also the agent for the house we purchased. The entire team (Jess, Julie, Jo and Ally) at Bradleys were fantastic from start to finish, with regular communication which made the whole process as smooth as it could possibly be. We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.
