Harper & Co Estate Agents provide all the advantages that could be found using online platforms or local traditional agents but have none of the disadvantages associated with these two alternatives. The Team headed by Emma Kelly provide friendly advice and guidance that is backed up with the combination of professional expertise and extensive local knowledge that is essential to any seller. I found that Harper & Co have an enthusiastic, positive and proactive approach to the property market looking at all potential buyers and if confronted with obstacles provide creative and constructive advice and guidance to both the buyer and the seller to move everything forward. They were always available when needed, provided updates and support through the process and gave their knowledge, advice, guidance and support whenever needed. I am a Landlord who is reducing my portfolio and have long and extensive experience in the property market. I have used the Internet providers and various local agents in the past but without doubt Harper & Co encompass everything a seller could want and after working with them i have since recommended them to family, friends and other professional Landlords. Selling your home or offloading part or all of a portfolio can be a stressfull and confusing process but I would highly recommend Harper and Co Estate agents to guide you through the process and provide the best possible service at an unbeatable price.

We used Harper & Co to sell our house which was a very daunting experience as we have been in our home for 16 years. Not having a clue what we needed to do, what order things needed doing in was all alien to us. Emma talked us through everything and was by our side every step of the way making the whole process a lot easier. Emma literally lives and breathes the business making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Any concerns we had no matter what time of the day or night we would contact her and she would always reply seven days a week. I'm not planning on moving ever again but if I did Emma and Harper &Co would be my only choice 100%

This is the second time we have used Harper & Co, once to buy and once to sell. Great service and communication from Emma, Grace and Chloe.
