After taking my house off the market after having 2 previous sales fall through with another very expensive agent who tied us in for 20 weeks, I saw Harper &co billboard and very reasonable fees and decided to give it another shot!! I am so glad I did as was 3rd time lucky. Emma was straight talking and honest, understood what we wanted and set us up with a prospective buyer immediately. I like the way you can keep in touch via what's app...in this busy world working full time it makes life so much easier than ringing and missing each other all day. She is available Saturday and even Sunday, I even received updates on an evening! Constantly chasing things through for you and recommended a solicitors who were spot on too. Cannot fault the service and will always recommend and use again in the future. Well done Emma and co, keep up the good work 👍

Emma and her company are truly fantastic you won’t be disappointed we changed from one estate agent to go to Harper and Co as they provided soo much support, care and passion for ensuring we received the sale we needed. From start to finish Emma is efficient and is always on the other end of the phone ensuring that she keeps you up to date and the advice and guidance she gives is second to none. Emma is very experienced and really does have your best interests at heart. Emma made the whole process stress free and you really are taken care of, Emma also did viewings on our behalf which was great. It was the best decision we made using Harper and Co. Also Emma’s team are just as great and everyone responds soo quickly even outside of normal working hours, nothing is ever too much trouble. Also Harper and co’s fees are amazing and I do think a much better service than any of the big company’s out there and I speak from experience. Emma and Tanya worked tirelessly to market my property and found a buyer in a very short period of time. I found Harper & Co Estate Agents on an internet search and it was the best move ever!! From the first phone call with Emma, she was so enthusiastic, friendly and professional. Everything happened at speed with 100%+ commitment and dedication, almost as if it was Emma’s own property. What a fantastic experience! We dealt with Emma from the very beginning and was an absolute gem. I recently engaged the services of Harper & Co Estate Agents for the sale of my Buy to Let property in Stockton-on-Tees. I had initially planned to use one of the more established estate agents but following initial conversations it was clear that none of them could compete with Harper & Co in terms of energy, enthusiasm, or price. Emma is motivated and driven. Moreover, she is honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I live abroad and wanted a quick and hassle-free sale. Emma literally handled everything. She found a buyer almost immediately and the sale was completed within 12 weeks. If you plan to sell a property in the Tees Valley region, I highly recommend Emma. You will struggle to find a better salesperson.

Emma was the 3rd estate agent we contacted for a valuation on my wifes elderly mothers property. She was going into full time care. The previous one gave us a tedious long sales pitch as if we were buyers? Our own experience of estate agents on our last house purchase, left a deep mistrust, we got gazumped just before the purchase concluded. It was obvious the agent wasnt acting on our best interest, more like their own. Had we have known, we would have gone to Emma first. HONESTY is a virtue not an option !!!. Emma is a breath of fresh air. Honest, proffesional, trustworthy. Just what you want. We read the other reviews, and totally agree.
