GoogleLettings: Didn't have water at our new property until 5 days after the rental started. Agent took forever to respond re: the many other maintenance issues, eventually telling us 'we don't manage this property, you need to talk to the landlord directly'.
Sales: We were told to go ahead with a building survey on a property of interest, only to be told after it was completed that a sale had been agreed in the meantime.
Perhaps we've just been unlucky. The staff seem friendly and professional. Just, experiences like the above make you wonder how much consideration they give to their customers, really.
