Both ladies were so very lovely and friendly throughout the whole process, let alone helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

GoogleThis is certainly a success story from start to finish and that is only due to the efficiency of the team at Teddington Branch.
I purchased my investment flat with help of Alexandra who has been a joy to deal with and in her absent her colleagues, Ryan, Sam and Hannah stepped in and handled all my enquiries with willingness and huge smiles. Great team effort.
In no time, less than three weeks after my completion, Marc, Sean and Hannah from Lettings helped me to rent my new property to a suitable and trustworthy tenant.
Everyone told me sole agency is a bad move but I am so glad I went with my gut feeling and trusted these amazing young entrepreneurs.
They are sharp, professional, human and have empathy and willingness to hold your hand every step of the way. They give state agents a very good name and a reputation to be proud of.

GoogleWe have let a property with Dexters. They have found us 2 x sets of great tenants and have made the process run smoothly. They offer advice when needed. Sara Fayed in particular is very knowledgeable and lovely to work with. She also has some gorgeous dogs which sometimes pop into the office (highlight of my whole experience)! However, be careful what you sign!!!! I have just found (some time after signing) that I appear to have signed a contract giving them sole agency for 12 weeks when the tenancy ends (ie for my next tenant). This is awful as I have been offered lower rates by other agents and so had planned to switch. This will cost me quite a lot if they try to hold me to this. Luckily the clause can be terminated within 28 days in writing which I will do now. Be warned!

Sheikh Mohsin from the lettings department was also stellar. Sheikh promptly came through with the necessary documents every step of the selling process. Both letting and selling our UK property from Australia, we were so grateful to be in good hands with the fantastic team at Dexters Teddington office. A co-worker recommended Dexters when we were leaving the UK, and we were so glad she did! We were happy with the service we received from various staff letting our house out with them for 15+years, and also with Ryan Walker when it came time to sell. Highly recommend!

GoogleI highly recommend Dexters in Teddington. From the moment they took on my elderly fathers house, they were amazing. They have supported both myself and him throughout an extremely tricky and long transaction. They were absolutely wonderful with my father, treating him with dignity and respect and making the whole viewing process pleasurable for him. They even had him in their offices many times giving him coffee and biscuits and a bit of respite from a very hot summer. They went over and above what was expected from an estate agent. Every single person from Ann the manager, Alex and her entire team have made us feel like we meant something to them. This made all the difference when I was losing the plot, and they were always on the end of the phone to help sort out the ever growing issues. I can't thank them enough and my father feels the same. They were so personable yet professional and obviously highly experienced. Thank you so much from us both!
