GoogleIt is a very late post. I dealt with Dexters Teddington back in June'23 but could not find any social media option to write my review until recently when I have seen this option.
In general, this company is good with their customers as I have read many reviews, but unfortunately, I had a bitter experience with their local agents. I was under tenancy agreement with them but the agents who handled that time to get an alternate tenant, couldn't handle the closure of my tenancy with efficiency. Not only their verbal communication, they were not good at their written communication as well. Lots of misunderstanding happened until when their head stepped in and settled the matter. It was really a hard time for me, hope no one else is / will be going through the same situation.
Sorry for writing this, but I just want to make people aware that they may not always get the best experience even from the well known / renowned companies.
