I wanted to reassure you that our online valuation estimation tool combines the information you provide about your home with historical data from the Land Registry and the property portals. Online estimated valuations can vary when influential data points cannot be captured from the many factors that determine a market value.It's worth noting, that our Houseworth tool provides further information on factors in your area that impact your property's value and will update the estimate as they change.If you are considering selling then we strongly suggest inviting at least 2-3 of the best estate agents in your area to value your home for a good range of market value, which you can easily do through our agent performance comparison tool or by speaking to one of our team on 020 3608 6556 and homeowner@getagent.co.uk. This will provide a more accurate representation of what your property would sell for in today's market.
