What’s the point in providing a valuation that’s so far from market value £100k+ out !!!

If you contact this firm they will give your details to local agents and then charge them a percentage of your selling price as a “ finders fee”. So you end up paying significantly more in agents fees. Total rip off!!

Helped me choose a selling agent with confidence. An excellent solicitor / estate agent, things moved fast and the house was For Sale about 2 weeks later. Plenty of interest, set Closing Date in 10 days. And on day 16, offers made and house sold!
