So professional and helpful with my transaction because I was in France at the time and didn't have a fixed address which doesn't help when selling a property They kept me updated once a week on how things are progressing even when I was their nightmare client because of the communication issues but we got there in the end

should be honest about how devious estate agents areEstate agents do not listen to the customer they talk at you rather than to you. The whole industry needs regulating, Just place pictures (that they charge you for) onto web sites and await for buyers to contact them. extortionate charges for what they do.

What a pleasant experience talking to Ahmad Siddiqui. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and more importantly listened. Ahmad explained things clearly and also suggested that we should get at least 5 valuations in order to get a clear understanding of what estate agent would suit our needs best. He also offered to contact some recommended agents to ease the selection process along.

I received a phone call this morning from Ayanna Samuel after I completed the first part of the online form overnight. The phone call was really good and I was provided with some great advice about what my next steps should be and which estate agents to contact etc.

It was actually quite nice to get a follow-up call. Sometimes these calls feel a bit pushy but I spoke to a lovely lady called Daisy who was actually very helpful and reassuring. It’s very useful to know statistics on local estate agents. The links that were sent also were very helpful.

GetAgent is a joke. They take commissions on referral and fees from those top shortlisted and sponsored agents recommended. Do your homework and Google those agents. Some have rarely sold in your area.

So far it’s all been very helpful. Beth followed up with a phone call to chat through choosing and estate agent and talked about the market. She then sent an email with questions to ask and more information on the 2 agents who will be contacting me .

I was fortunate to speak to Liam this morning. A very pleasant and amiable young man who can only benefit the company he works for. He gave me some good advice on selling my property and answered several questions I had. He was very friendly and easy to talk to which isn’t always the case when speaking to someone you don’t know.
