GoogleI sent an inquiry of the lease length of a property in Littlehampton. This agent kept sending me text messages (asking me to call them back) without my permission. They gathered unnecessary personal information including my residential address, email address, telephone number, and even date of birth. I did not feel right by the sound of the person on the phone. I refused to give my date of birth. The agent then said 'then I am not able to help you'. They refused to tell me the length of the lease of the property which is just the basic information when I declined to disclose further of personal information. The whole conversation caused a lot of discomfort and distress. They are nothing more than a scammer! It is a violation of confidentiality when gathering excessive information from any customer! Be careful!! Avoid this scammer!!!

GoogleWe unfortunately chose to sell our home through Cubbit & West in Rustington and it has been disappointment after disappointment. We have had to conduct viewings ourselves when we were told agents would be late (and then just never arrived), we never received an apology for this and they do not call back when multiple messages have been left. The busy nature of an estate agent’s office does mean that it is not always possible to respond to or deal with enquires immediately, however we would expect messages to be returned by close of business on the same day where possible. We are sorry if the level of contact did not match your expectations. The records confirm that the Branch Manager had emailed you to advise that he had tried to call you back and attempted to make arrangements to diary a future call with you. We make every effort to accompany viewers if we have been asked to do so. In practical terms, advising a potential buyer that they cannot view a property at their preferred time because a member of staff is not available is not desirable. As a consequence, rather than risk losing the viewing, we would always ask a seller if they are happy to conduct the viewing themselves. However, if this is not convenient we would rearrange it for a time suitable for all parties. GoogleWithin 24 hours of contacting the branch we'd received both a full mortgage advisor appointment over teams and an in person valuation. I initially contacted Tony who walked us through our options and co-ordinated both appointments. The mortgage advisor, Richard, gave us the clarity we needed to understand our budget. Finally, Oliver spent well over 2 hours on a Friday evening in person valuing our flat and answering all the silly questions I had to throw at him with the utmost patience and clarity. The timing wasn't right for us to go to market but they didn't make us feel pushed in the slightest and totally understood our position despite giving them about 4 hours of their time for nothing. Needless to say when the time's right, I'll be back!

GoogleReally great Team. Very helpful and knowledgeable and supportive - in the respect if you have not got all your ducks in a row - Cubitts have somebody you can talk to, and no obligations. It is a learning curve all this property stuff and I have found Cubitts to be great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleI viewed a property on 1st Sept 2022 with sales manager Oliver stride I received a warm welcome and he put me at ease no pressure he even made suggestions as possible ideas for the decor very sweet nature very helpful in answering all questions I needed answering am still considering this property at this time a very enjoyable viewing thank you again Oliver.

GoogleVery disappointing. Made all sorts of promises and assurances to gain our business to sell our home and didn't deliver on any of them despite constant reminders by ourselves. Since discovered that their charges are massively higher than other agents whose sales performance figures are actually better. Conveyancing company "sold" as being the best is even worse and totally useless plus expensive. Even the EPC survey we had done was 50% dearer than all local competition. There are much better and cheaper in Rustington , we have cancelled and instructed one of them
