We cannot thank or recommend Nick from McKinlays enough for all of the hard work he put in to to get us into our first home in a matter of weeks! Nick is professional, reliable and really goes above and beyond. Thank you!

If you want a no nonsense, sensible, hard working agent look no further! Having experienced the stereotypical estate agent several times who are fake, dishonest and unreliable, Nick is a breath of fresh air!! He’s always given me great advice, helped me navigate both the selling and buying landscape expertly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again .

I have recently been involved in a chain with Victoria and wanted to highlight as another agent what a good job she did in rather challenging circumstances.

Nick and his team come from the "old school" of estate agents but with a very modern approach. Nick will tell you how it is and then get it done without any "bull". There are many other agents that I've had dealings with that would do well to take a leaf out of his book. From the outset of finding tenants for my house through to the sale of it very recently, I can't think of one hitch that I had to endure. Many thanks to you Nick and Rachael and the rest of your team. I'm impressed and that takes some doing! All the best to you from Hugh Anderson

McKinlays did a wonderful job. After another Estate Agent failed to find a buyer for a whole year, McKinlays gave great advice on how to better present then property. They also took seriously good photos and found a buyer without delay.

Thank you to Nick & his team for helping us complete. Nick kept the momentum in a changing market & we are grateful for his commitment to selling our property. He was keen to guide us when needed but always gave us options if required. Finally, and most grateful that he tried to appease all parties, especially tenants when selling our property. Nicks experience & knowledge was hugely appreciated & come highly recommended.

After renting the same property for 20 years we had to move . We were lucky to even view a flat advertised through McKinlays with so many people looking to rent . We moved in just before Christmas 2022 and have to say we cannot fault McKinlays, any little issue/problem is sorted ASAP! Not been used to that ! As tenants we would definitely recommend them 😀

Nick has dealt with the management of my rental property for 5 years and has always found suitable tenants, keeping me informed at all stages. He has sold properties for me too and have always found him to be professional, honest, open and always has his clients best interests at heart. I would recommend him for both lettings and the sale of properties.

McKinlays have dealt with the sale of 2 of my properties and have been friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Selling homes can be very stressful at times and they have guided me through the process providing sound and well experienced advice. Could not recommend more.

Nick and Rachel could not have been more helpful when I was buying a house from a seller using McKinlays. As a first-time buyer I didn't really have any idea what I was doing, and there was quite some confusion between solicitors, but Nick and Rachel helped me with everything that I had to ask (and a fair few things I didn't think of too). If/when I come to sell, McKinlays will be top of my list.

Nick is extremely knowledgeable and is the first person I call for advice on buying, selling or letting a property. We've had lots of experience of working with Nick and he continues to exceed expectations. Thoroughly recommend Nick and the team, who will work hard for you with your best interests in mind.

Outstanding service from Nick and the team at Mckinlays as usual - Nick has sold a number of properties for myself and my family over the past 5 years and has always got the desired result very quickly. Nick certainly knows the market and the role. Cannot recommend enough and will 100% deal with Mckinlays time and time again. Very many thanks Max Burrell

A proceedable purchaser was found very quickly, a price negotiated that we were happy with and then the deal was pushed over the line successfully in what was a potentially tricky market. Thank you for your efforts and help throughout the process. Appreciated

Nicholas McKennan is a brilliant estate agent. Very professional and on several occasions accommodated late viewings for us. When showing us around the house, he gave us plenty of space to view and talk to each other. He was very knowledgeable about the house, the area and other houses in Taunton. We had a very pleasant experience with Mckinleys. Thank you Nick! :)

We contacted a few estate agents but the service we received from Nick at McKinlays was by far the best. Quick to respond and did anything he could to help. He also sold our house on the first viewing and make it really easy for my fiancée and I during the whole process. Not just the selling of our house but help with solicitors and ensuring the smoothest transition. Would recommend to anyone, best in the business!

Nick at the Taunton office was very helpful assisting my husband and I successfully move into our new home. More recently he was very understanding and considerate helping my older father sell his house from the first viewing and the then buy a park home and guide him through all the info. Keep up the good work Nick
