GoogleHorrible experience with them trying to see the property, really cold staff - I now will not even consider buying a GTH Taunton property.
Dear Chris, Having spoken with Katie Cross, our manager in the Taunton office, we do feel your review is completely unjustified. We understand your frustration with the market at the moment. We take our instructions from the seller, our client, and on this occasion we understand you were booked in for a viewing but unfortunately our client specifically asked us to cancel all forward booked viewings. As soon as we were notified of this we tried calling you, left a voicemail and sent you a very polite email advising you of the situation. GoogleWould not trust these lot to run a bath. Terrible communication resulted in me losing out in over £1500 of my money. Don't waste your time contacting Olivia with maintenance issues regarding your property as you will only be ignored. Do yourself a favour and find a different property management company as gth taunton barely constitutes as one.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
