GoogleGTH dealt with the sale of my father's house in Taunton and advised on sale or disposal of it's contents. The staff were extremely helpful and gave excellent advice. As a result a buyer was soon found and although a delay followed through no fault of GTH they were most helpful in keeping me updated and performed a number of small tasks, for which they made no charge, saving me a great deal of travelling and time. GoogleGTH where incredible, recommend them to anyone and everyone. It was not the smoothest of house moves with some challenges getting it over the line, however without the help and support of GTH I am not sure we would of made it. We had Christina ( in the sales team) assigned to our house, she was fantastic, not only is she clearly an expert, but also very supportive and at crucial moments she worked tirelessly to influence up and down the chain to get us over the line. The worst experience ever! We had the agent come to value our property and was told he would do the viewings and would advise better photos to help sell the property which we agreed to. The first viewing was done by a totally unprofessional person.. her first words to the client were, I was wondering where the parking was? Who says that to someone you are supposedly trying to sell the house to. She then said well I’ve not been here before. The office is just 5 minutes from the property surely you would get there 5 minutes earlier and see what you are trying to sell and have the facts that it’s a town house and doesn’t have parking but you can get residential permits. I wish I had left then as things didn’t get better. No one answers the phone, I had to do a viewing myself as they didn’t have enough staff which meant driving two hours there and back as we don’t live there. Then the person who said would do the viewings left the company! Obviously knew he wouldn’t be able to do the viewings as we were told. We have now instructed a professional company and left GTH but now being hounded to pay for photos we were told to get despite the extremely poor service giving us no option but to leave. Definitely would not recommend the Taunton office.

I would give 0 stars if I could, Absolutely abysmal maintenance company, Came home after doing a 12hr night shift to find a drainage company digging a hole to put in a drainage tank. Not a letter, email or phone call to inform us this was happening. yet they expect you to do everything they ask for. If your landlord goes over to them then just move out, it would be the easier option.
