From Hannah showing a genuine interest in the house during valuation and Amy constantly plugging away behind the scenes to constantly keep the process moving, the whole team provided fantastic customer service and kept us updated throughout. Our buyers themselves commented on their knowledge and professionalism, and as buyers ourselves we have realised how rare this can be amongst Estate agents! We went from going on the market to completion date in just over 3 months; which in the current market is impressive. Honestly we couldnt have gone through our sale without the help of Amy. From start to finish they have been amazing. We choose Ewe Move out of five estate agents. From Hannah coming around doing our valuation and answering all our questions, to Nick and his hi tech gear taking pics as well as a drone video to Amy who patiently kept us updated every step of the way between other parties and solicitors. We cant say thank you enough. A hint to all buyers/sellers - when researching your estate agents as well as asking about fees, ask them how often they chase solicitors because it soon becomes apparent in a chain who does most of the work. An outstanding estate agent I cannot recommend highly enough. I had the good fortune to come across EweMove by chance in Taunton, Somerset. A prospective seller I knew on my property journey was mentioned as having dealings with EweMove. The name I found very creative first and foremost. When one sets out to seek property to buy or rent offers a maze of listings on the popular property apps. Many are on limited budgets while others have unlimited budgets to purchase. EweMove cater for everyone. My introduction to EweMove was in a phone call to Brooke. We discussed the availability factor Ewe could offer. And I really appreciated Brooke’s help offered with great kindness. Then I rang again with Hannah offering me a viewing of a central Taunton apartment. That same empathy came through clearly from Hannah. Of course I am well aware estate agents are business people. But both of these ladies are outstanding at making a customer feel more than a statistic. The sad fact is that we live in an era of mistrust as well as fear. Everyone seems afraid of everyone else. Outstanding service from Amy and the EweMove Taunton Team My husband and I decided to sell his house with the hope of moving to a larger property. As anyone who has been through the process will know, buying and selling a home can be incredibly stressful. However, the only reason everything worked out in the end was because of Amy at EweMove. From the moment we instructed EweMove, the communication was exceptional. Every viewing was arranged efficiently, and as soon as prospective buyers had been shown around the property, we received detailed feedback. The team would then follow up the next day to let us know the viewers' decisions. We always felt fully informed and involved. What made this stand out even more was seeing the experience of friends and colleagues who were selling their homes at the same time through other estate agents. None of them received the level of communication, attention, or support that we did from EweMove. Once we accepted an offer, Amy took complete ownership of the process. We received updates virtually every day, even if it was simply to let us know that she had been chasing solicitors, agents, or other parties involved in the chain. I never once felt forgotten, unsupported, or left wondering what was happening. Amy went above and beyond to keep our sale and purchase progressing. There were several occasions when the chain looked as though it might collapse, including moments when the sellers at the top threatened to pull out. Amy somehow managed to bring everyone together, keep communication flowing, and help hold the chain together. Her determination, professionalism, and persistence undoubtedly prevented the transaction from falling through. What impressed me most was not only Amy's expertise but also her kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She patiently explained every stage of the process, answered countless questions, and always took the time to make sure we understood what was happening and what to expect next. During some particularly frustrating periods, often caused by delays elsewhere in the chain, she was the person who listened to our concerns, reassured us, and supported us through what was sometimes an emotional and exhausting experience. We can't praise Amy highly enough! She is an absolute rock star of an estate agent. We were fortunate enough to meet Amy whilst exploring a part exchange, as she was one of the local agents selected by the developer to come and value our house. She was head and shoulders above the high street agents that came to value our house, extremely knowledgeable about the market conditions, and came across as being really genuine. We were so impressed that we decided to put our house on the market with Amy rather than part exchange. Through the whole process Amy was great! A steady flow of viewings by carefully vetted buyers, excellent and timely updates via a WhatsApp group setup specifically for our sale, and expert guidance when we came to negotiate on offers. We went through the usual ups and downs as most people do whilst selling houses, and Amy was an absolute rock for us when we were having wobbles and thinking about giving up. She was always there when we needed her to talk to and felt at all times that she was only selling our house - which of course she wasn't, with many other clients, but it never felt like that. Our chain was 7-houses long and we ended up exchanging with our buyers and agreeing an exchange date early to keep the sale from collapsing, as naturally the size of the chain took time to align. At that point Amy could have downed tools and moved on with her fee guaranteed, but it speaks volumes that she continued to be instrumental to the rest of the chain completing, speaking to other estate agents and solicitors across the chain daily, and ensuring we all completed on the same date. We were so glad to have Amy on our side!!
