That day - within a couple of hours of our calling, we had a viewing, 2 weeks later just before Christmas we moved in. Such a smooth and professional process from start to finish. Any issues and ECL are on it. I would highly recommend the company. All staff are friendly and super efficient.

GoogleWe are landlords, and have used ‘ECL Lettings’ for several years. We have a portfolio of BTL properties within Crewe, Nantwich and Tarporley areas. I can’t speak highly of the team at ECL. Professional, helpful and approachable. They are unique compared to other agents as they specialise in lettings and have that personal relationship that other agents seem to lack. We’re also in direct contact with our tenants, and they have all echoed the same sentiments too about the team at ECL Lettings.

GoogleCalled enquiring about a rental property however the minute a informed I had a pet they were completely uninterested. I completely understand that that property/ landlord might not except pets but when I asked if they had any others it was a quick and abrupt NO. I explained I could be flexible on budget, type of property and location but it was again we don’t have anything for you. In my opinion they could have simply said that landlord won’t allow pets however let us add you to a mailing list or look at what else we have that might be suitable. Throughout I wasn’t asked what my pet was could have been a goldfish before they know and wasn’t even asked about my situation.

YellTerrible attitude
I found a property that we liked for our daughter to rent. As being deaf myself I used text relay to make a call. She give us a terrible attitude asking me to email instead as its quicker and easier when I couldn't access to email at the time and I tried to explain that I would like to view the property and it will be quicker to use text relay, and am comfortable to use it to aid my deafness. She kept saying goodness, oh god and that she not familiar with text relay. How can she stay in the business if she couldn't deal with people with disabilites or any foreign language. Couldn't imagine what she would be like as agent. Never had anybody like her before in my 10 years of using text relay.

Having been in the lettings industry myself I spent some time researching letting agents who could let my own three houses. I met Emma and immediately felt comfortable and assured by her professionalism and knowledge. I have not been disappointed,far from it in fact very impressed at the service I have received over the last couple of years with the letting and management of my properties. The team are very friendly and professional and cant do enough to help and have always found excellent tennants for my properties. I cannot recommend Emma Creasy lettings more highly and thank them for the expert service.

YellThey don't seem to know what they are doing...
If I could award no stars to Emma Creasey Lettings, I would.They were completely disorganised pre-tenancy - I had to chase them up constantly, and a lot of the information we were given about the property turned out to be very misleading - and even worse during the tenancy. They are not in the slightest bit interested in managing the property, and getting them to organise and carry out repairs (of which there are many) is an absolute nightmare. Add to that extortionate fees (for doing absolutely nothing), a business in complete disarray (no one seems to know what they are doing, or who should be in charge of what), and a total absence of communication with their tenants, and you're left with a big mess and a horrid tenancy. Use this letting agent at your peril!

I used this letting agency when moving temporarily into a rented house. I had to pay £300 upfront for credit check which i thought was disproportionate and also £120 when i left as part of the tenancy agreement, what for, i really dont know.The lady that owns it, Emma i found very rude and hard to deal with when initiating the contract and full of hot air when ending the contract. She did not seem to understand contract law, nor did she act in what i felt should have been a professional manner.I am a landlady myself, and have always treated my tenants with respect, unfortunately the same cannot be said about her.I would not recommend this company at all, although the girls in the office were pleasant.

GoogleFrom Emma herself and throughout the whole team there is a personable, professional and very friendly approach to everything they do. The team helped us secure our first property in the UK since returning from Portugal after 10 years living there. A great service and an effective and efficient business whose staff take pride in what they do. We will definitely use them again.

GoogleStay away, do not respond to emails and then state they're unable to provide a viewing slot. They also stated that they have a priority list of candidates for lettings so unlikely to get a viewing for some properties which seemed very unprofessional.
