Hi Jane & Jason The vendor’s previous solicitor had the title deed but it has been missing since they went into administration. I appreciate you’re frustrated, but this is not the fault of Reades or the vendor and lashing out on review platforms is inappropriate. Your dealings were exclusively with our Hawarden Branch, so no need to post the same 1-star no comment review on our Tarvin Branch page too.
