Nothing like a typical high street estate agents, Anthony provided a wonderful personal service. The Tunbridge Wells branch has managed my property for several years. They have done this extremely well. The experience has been courteous and professional, staff always available; tenants have been looked after and quickly replaced once they leave; maintenance is attended to quickly with minimum fuss; and rent has been paid-on within a couple of days of receipt. This has been very reassuring as an owner. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody else.

Paula and Jodie at Jackson Stops (rentals) have been amazing, we were asked to vacate our rental property and were struggling to find anything suitable....Paula fully considered our needs and wants, found us an awesome cottage and sold us to the landlord as fantastic tenants for a long term rental. I've been a landlord with Jackson Stops East Sussex for several years now. The team have helped me during a particularly difficult time and with a very bad tenant. In particular I can say Katie, Helen, Bronwen and Becky in accounts have been absolutely fantastic. Katrin has just taken over as my letting agent and I'm sure I will have just as good a relationship with her. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My washing machine broke, which is less than ideal with two teenagers:) I emailed Jackson-Stops and property manager Marco Correia and Georgie Tilby (maintenance team) organised for someone to come out the next day (Friday). They then had it replaced by the following Tuesday. Very efficient service. Thank you! Much appreciated:)

GoogleI used Jackson Stops to sell my apartment as having spoken with them I felt that they had the right profile and approach towards dealing with any potential buyers for the property. They were already familiar with the apartment having sold it previously and also had a successful track record of selling other apartments within in the same property. I was also very appreciative of the fact that they had assisted me by providing probate valuations before the property was placed on the market. My primary contact point was Stuart, but I also dealt with other members of the team at Oxted and found them all to be friendly, professional and readily accessible throughout the whole sale process, as well as being proactive in updating me and providing me with feedback. It was a pleasure dealing with Jackson Stops throughout the whole of the sale process.
