TrustpilotExtremely poor support
Based on the willingness of the builder to appreciate the "real world" living experience of their designs, I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. Additionally, the responsiveness to any snagging requests has been pretty slow and not a great experience - this takes into account the pandemic too.

TrustpilotGreat support and high-quality homes
We felt very well supported - everyone was helpful, competent and approachable. The Morris houses are of high standard and wonderful to live in.

A very knowledgeable and friendly sales lady called Hannah. Nothing was too much trouble she talked us through all aspects of buying a new build. We did not feel any sales pressure at all. Enjoyable experience.

TrustpilotNice house but lacks attention to detail externally
We are generally happy with our new house, but disappointed with some of the brickwork and render and just about every window and door needed adjusting when we moved in, which shows there either wasn't a check prior to handover or it was poorly executed.

Can't fault the team throughout. They've managed all our snagging issues. If I was to be super critical it's a shame the teams are rushed as much as they are to get the job done

Morris homes have shorted us out of 3 metres of land by putting our boundary fence in the wrong place. They accept it's in the wrong place but are not willing to rectify it. Disgraceful!

Went to look at a plot and asked lots of questions. Pam @uphollandgardens was very helpful with answering our questions and showing us the show homes. Very knowledgable on a beautiful site.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
