We receive regular calls with updates and checks if we have any queries regarding the purchase of our new home. Was considering buying in the area, but bought from a different developer. So glad we did as St George's estate has been left looking horrendous with unfinished roads, parks abandoned with exposed plastic matting and Weeding all over. Considering some of the houses cost £500k + it would appear that Morris have abandoned the residents with no care for them.

the quality of the fitting and fixtures are very good.it would have been 5 stars except for insuffcient socket outlets especially in the kitchen/diningarea, also no shaver socket.not one toiletry cupboard which made life difficult when we first moved in .otherwise we love the house house and Morris homes have been excellent.

We recently completed on our new home at a Morris Homes development in Wintringham, St. Neots. The warwick is like a dream home, amazing planning and very well built. Our sales contact was Angela and she came up with the exact offer that we needed to go ahead with this property. She was very helpful throughout connecting us with the mortgage broker and the solicitor. Angela responded to our queries quickly all the time and was very helpful to follow up on our behalf with the mortgage advisor and solicitor as required. We are very happy with the service we received and with our new home. Thank you very much!

As a first time buyerMy experience from showroom till date have been above and beyond.All the staff on and off site have been so friendly honest and helpful. The house is amazing, there was a couple of small issues due to me being picky I asked for a touch up on a cupboard door and they delivered straight away with out questions.I have thoroughly enjoyed my buying process with Morris homes, from meeting Lynne and Jess and going through this process with them till the end with Scott as well, and can't recommend them enough.Even to today's date they are ensuring we're okay Scott even turned our outside tap off for the cold period as he knew we would probably forget.It's also lovely seeing friendly faces everyday and being waved at, it's like being a part of a community.

We visited Morris Homes development in Kineton in Dec. 2023 to view two properties. We were warmly welcomed by the sale representative who provided most of the information we needed on the development and in particular on the property we liked. We have now booked a second appointment to view the site once again before we make a decision albeit not in a position to buy yet.
