GoogleAfter 8 months of searching for a decent place to rent, I found a cosy flat that is managed by Hunters. Everything was superb from the viewing till the signing of the contract. Once I had taken the decision to sell, I had the property appraised by Hunters. I was happy with the value that Allan gave me so I instructed them to sell for me. The sale was achieved quickly, with no drama. I was happy to accept an offer in a very short space of time, thus allowing me to buy a property that I had been looking at.
The whole process has been painless and I would recommend Hunters to anyone. Allan told me he would sell my house quickly, he wasn't joking. Thank you to Allan, for the prompt sale of my house, Joe for negotiating a great price for me, Bev for the regular progress reports and liasing with the solicitors and Jess, who always answers the phone quickly and warmly. Every payment made (deposits etc) were acknowledged with an email receipt, I was kept informed of how references were progressing at each stage and any questions were answered promptly and fully. Information provided on the property on moving in was very thorough.
