GoogleFrom my initial dealings through to completion the whole team I dealt with - Lyndsey,Jordan , Pippa and Leah have been brilliant! It’s a real personal service and you feel they work really hard to ensure the sales process is as stress free as possible and where hurdles do appear they work hard to overcome them. I would highly recommend them without hesitation and yes on line agents are cheaper but you just won’t get the same level of service Hunters Tamworth deliver.

GoogleI was not happy with the service I received from Hunters. They marketed my property, and during the time it was for sale we barely heard from them at all. When the property didn't sell in a couple of weeks they lost interest, were often rude on the phone and failed to generate accurate property details despite numerous requests. When we visited the branch to discuss these problems on a saturday afternoon, we found them 'closed for lunch'. All the other estate agents were open. Say no more.
Hunters are sincerely sorry for any concerns that AB had in the marketing of his home and indeed sorry that he didn`t feel it appropriate to speak directly to our Director rather than posting an on line comment. Current statistics sourced from Vizzi Homes however indicate that Hunters Tamworth are indeed the leading Agent in the area for both sales, new instructions and general market share for 2011.We would be pleased to carry out a free market appraisal at any time to assure any potential vendor of our professionalism.

S. YORKS. If I could give a negative score, I would. What an absolute bunch of useless w-----s. As a tenant we, get 6 monthly inspections, not a problem at all. The problem is, they hardly ever do the work needed & when they do, they employ the most r------d & incompetent person possible & the quality of the work is ALWAYS s--t. When you complain, they do nothing about it. For people using them as an agent: they are letting your properties deteriorate while charging you the earth.

This estate agent gives all the sales patter and promise to do all sorts fail to ring you back lie about the situations going on I have a few properties to sell I've had rented for years but giving them up as retiring I will not be using this company after the last experience all I can say is avoid

I recently had a bad experience at an EA around the corner …However, I called in at Hunters and dealing with the professionalism knowledge and kindness that Lyndsey gave me was very special. She goes above and beyond to really help you .. I can’t recommend her or Hunters enough. This is what I call an estate agent.

This is one of the worst company ever. My deposit is stuck with them for more than 4 months now. mary.mcgarry is the worst representative to work with. they never respond. we have been following for 3 months over call and emails but they pick up call and then keep saying we will get back to you. Never wok with Hunter.

Estate agent was the rudest I've ever seen. Property was rented and we were not told before making a 1 hour trip. Arrived 4 mins past agreed time and we were insulted beyiond measure. I wish I could take legal action against them.

This is the worst letting agent we have tried to deal with. We are customers trying to let for the next 5 years. We are looking for properties in Tamworth and after 5 applications on line have never heard anything not even a call or email. Come on Hunters this is not the way to do business. Very unhappy couple in 50s and 60s

Anytime I contacted Bo Tsang or Steph-Pert-Thomas I got good service & any concerns were addressed quickly. Way Above Average help, lovely people who do their very best fora customer. We bought our house through Hunters. Would wait days for responses to emails, take multiple attempts to get them to pick up the phone and when we did get our new home we found that it was full of an absolute mountain of crap. So much for any due diligence before selling the house? Do they not check that the previous owners leave it in an acceptable state before handing it over?

GoogleWould give -5 if I could, completely unprofessional from start to finish with our letting. Once we were out of our lease we were treated like criminals in a dispute with our landlord. Avoid at all costs if you can.

TrustpilotDon't fix the leak for 8 months
They respond only to the simplest things. Whenever it becomes tiny bit more complicated - nothing is taken care of. We have a leaking pipe on the outside of our property for 8 months. We let them know about this in the first several weeks of our tenancy. Over 8 months it's been back and forth, and NOTHING about this leak has been fixed. Every time someone takes a shower, we have a shower in our conservatory. They do send the workers, true, but only when there is no rain. And these are new workers every time, who look at it, scratch their heads and do nothing.You need to chase them every day, if you want to have anything done. They don't care about you, don't care about the property. The worst experience with the estate agents in my 12 years of renting.

One of the worst agencies you can work with. We booked a viewing for a house, confirmed it that day, drove an hour, and nobody bothered to come. When finally reaching them, after numerous phone calls, they just said they tried to contact us for another day. We had no phone calls, no messages, nothing. The lady I talked to was stunningly rude and yelled constantly. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
