GoogleHaving just completed the sale of a property, I would like to thank all of the team at Calders for their help and support throughout the process. I would especially give a mention to Andrew for his professional advice and guidance which lead to a number of quaity offers being received within hours of placing the property on the market. A special mention to Sally also, who did an amazing job of keeping on top of the transaction process at all stages, communicating with all the parties involved. Her efforts without doubt ensured completion earlier than would otherwise have been the case. As a landlord, I have used Calders professional services for over a decade and can recommend them without any hesitation.

GoogleFrom the very start I couldn’t have asked for a better Landlord! Andrew was very accommodating when I moved into Chandler’s Court. It’s a lovely apartment with plenty of space and finished to a really high standard with a beautiful shared courtyard too. Throughout my two year lease I never had any issues with the and I always knew Andrew was on hand and prompt to reply to any of my queries.

GoogleMe and my boyfriend were interested in a property listed online. We kept sending messages through the online platform without any reply. After almost 2 weeks without getting any response, we went to the agency to hear that the property is already let, again without any notification online. After a while, it still kept showing as available online, so I called only to hear that the property is let by other client now and I decided to sign up for the list if again they don't sign the contract only to hear that there were additional requirements for tennants which weren't listed in the ad.
In response to your review, we had already called you and spoken about this prior to you posting this review. We had received substantial interest in this property with multiple applications. As discussed your situation did not match with our client's requirement. We wish you success with finding a suitable property.

GoogleShocking! Booked a viewing a week ago. Turned up at the property bang on time this morning only to be asked by the occupier “can I help you”. Turns out the estate agent was there earlier and cancelled the viewing only to not let anyone know and leave without reason. Called the office and got a similar response with a lack of care and customer service! Time to look for a better service elsewhere. Do Not Use!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
We are sorry for your disappointment with this viewing. We were at the property this morning to meet you. It is not our practice to ignore clients or not attend arranged appointments. Our office received a telephone call cancelling the viewing, confirming the address. Our agent then left and must have just missed you. We are very sorry for your wasted time today and we cannot understand how the confusion has arisen. We are happy to rearrange a viewing as already offered at a time that suits you and the occupier. GoogleDon't know who's fault it is landlord or agency but i rented a property from this agent. My now ex partner beat me so I had to run away with a one-month-old child. Now they don't want to take my name off from the tenancy agreement just because my ex partner said he is not agreed with it. So I'm not living in this property and my name is still on the tenancy agreement even if I gave them termination of the lease. Being on a contract, I can not rent another property with my child.
We will not comment on individual cases in a public domain. However, any tenancy which was agreed, created and signed jointly, remains a joint commitment for the period of the tenancy unless all parties agree to vary the terms. We do not manage this property referred to but did agree the letting so we feel this review is very unfair
