We have just bought and then rented out a house through Reeds Rains in Acomb.The process with them has been smooth and problem free, despite what’s been going on with Covid and also us living overseas. Great first impression but service was very poor. Lack of information and feedback I had to keep chasing up. Disappointed with photos. Went in branch to discuss price decrease. Was left to stand over desk no chairs provided or beverage offered. Make to feel uncomfortable

The customer service is absolutely terrible,I've been trying for a week too phone them there's been no answer and been told too leave a voicemail and get back too me but they have not it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything.
