55 days since move-out and still no sign of deposit return. The Move Out department has now been ignoring my emails for nearly three weeks.

Awful company. Currently renting a property from them and all of the work that they assured us would be completed before we moved in has still not been done 3 months later. Unprofessional staff. Just awful.

I enjoyed all the time and help from Reeds Rains staff in Rye in selling my house in Rye. Lovely people who gave me help and advice all the way through both selling and buying. They were very patient with me when occasionally I had a few problems in the process. I can recommend them to anyone in the housing market.

Privately renting a property with several maintenance issues reported on the day of moving in, which is now nearly eight months ago. Not one issue has been resolved even though there is a health and safety risk. Total lack of care, response and communication from both the local and head office.Poor property management.

Not actually used these yet but from speaking with agents and getting lots of free advice (when I’m tied to another estate agents) has been an absolute godsend. When someone can give out advice on selling your house when you arnt even with them says a lot about a company. I have never used them to sell my house but I 100% will in the future!

All staff are pleasent, friendly and deal with customers in a thoroughly proffessional manner. Numerous viewings wre arranged and it was no reflection on any staff member that two (cash buyers) withdrew their offers. A new (cash buyer) was found and the sale process is progressing well.
