I would highly recommend Bsmart home to sell your property. I had received a very poor experience while trying to sell my home with another agent and was really quite anxious from the experience. Kerry and her team put me at ease, explaining the procedure in a very straightforward way. I had an offer within days of the property going live resulting in the whole process taking a matter of months. Kerry kept me informed of the process without any unnecessary correspondence.This company also has a very fair pricing structure too, definitely value for money. Thank you for your friendly professionalism throughout the process.

I rented from Bsmart homes 2 years ago, my experience from beginning to end was fantastic. They sorted out any issues and called back if i requested. Lee showed me around and turned the rental around quick. In the past few months i have been buying and Bsmart are the vendors sellers, again Lee was helpful showing me around a few. Lockdown happened leaving me extremely anxious about my house sale, if it wasnt for Hayley taking time to speak to me i think i would have gone crazy. Shes not even my mortgage advisor and didnt need to give me as much guidance as she has. Shes an asset to the company and deserves a big pat on the back. She even spoke to me going around Asda as i was in a flap about buying a house in lockdown! I would highly recommend using Bsmart homes. Thank you to you all 🥰

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never dealt with such a rude and abrupt person as the "lady" who answers emails (eventually!) and it's as though they don't want the business! They also lied to my daughter when she bought a house through them, told her it had been a managed let and they had all paperwork etc. - turns out that was complete rubbish, it was not a managed let and they had nothing. Once the sale had gone through, they lost all interest.

I rented a home from them in wombwel, when I viewed it I got reassured that the house would have fresh carpets and painted as it was bright green it was dirty and the seller was full to the brim with rubbish and holes in the roof, on the day I was getting keys at 10am but didn't get them till 1 in the afternoon I had my van man waiting I then explained that the house hasn't been touched except having new carpets, the rubbish still in the Sellar and bright green walls and horrendous looking skirting boards, they sent two handy men to fix broken cubord I re decorated and left the sellar as it was as I never used it twice my heating broke this took many phone calls asking why it hasn't been fixed etc took 3 week to sort each time, then the toilet flush broken but they never came out! I eventually moved as I couldn't live there any longer, I asked for my bond but got refused due to them trying to make out it was me leaving rubbish in the seller and that the holes in the roof in there was me lol, I then sent of emails to them reminding them that I've made multiple complaints about this, (apparently they lost my previous emails this is why I happily reminded them) they was rude and horrendous I had a visit by police from something else( assault by my ex on me) he said it wasn't safe or livable especially​ as there was no fire alarms I complained over that too, it was full of camp but nothing ever got done AVOID don't go with them worst letting company I've ever had!

We had more than our fair share of chain breaks in the process, but Lee and the team kept on picking us up & getting things back on track. Found a property we really wanted, provided all the information they requested, things started looking off when they insisted on seeing my FULL last 3 months of bank statements including all transactions (in 16 years of renting I have NEVER had to do this). We informed them we were on a very tight schedule and needed to know if the information was satisfactory. One of the girls in the office promised to call us back after reviewing it. WE ended up calling back 4 hours later having still not heard anything to find she had put on the system they wanted proof of my work transfer...despite the fact that they had 7 months payslips and the details for when they reference check me...which involves confirming if I am employed...and they said it was to prove I wasn't just going to claim benefits when I move...which was nice and insulting having never claimed benefits in my life and always paid rent on time...but either way they reference check and confirm employment, and they could have also confirmed my transfer...but no they wanted FURTHER proof in the form of a letter...also I requested a viewing and was completely ignored...just clearly a very poorly ran and organized estate agents that cross the line asking to see your personal private bank transactions, go on to insult you by accusing you of wanting to doss and claim benefits, dont call you back when promised despite being aware of your tight schedule and severe lack of urgency, oh and when I said I was not impressed and we could end up homeless if people just decide to take their time and not bothering calling us back, the managers response was "that isnt my problem" very nice...just avoid, total time wasters, very dodgy asking for your bank statements to see your transactions and just ignore your emails, dont call you back then insult you.
