My husband and I had difficult moments when searching for accommodation, then we landed on Get Sold UK. My experience with Rhys, whom I spoke to on the phone, was very professional yet welcoming and accommodating. Ever since we moved to the apartment,he never seized to respond to our requests(Complaints)promptly and efficiently. He is an embody of a true loyal and hardworking employee. A really bad joke

We were cold-contacted by this company as our house is on the market, and examination of their "contract" shows it has the most horrendous terms. You give up 50% of any sale price above a pre-determined amount, and worse still if you lower the asking price, you give up 100% of any amount above the lowered price! We could just lower the asking price with our current agent and avoid these potential losses.

After our house sale falling through with another agent we decided to move our sale over to GET SOLD UK. What a blessing that turned out to be. Initially Keith liaised with us getting the house back on the market in 2 working days, to top that off he had us as sold within 48 hours! Then the magic of the company took over the sale: Lydia, Not only did Lydia work for our sale she also had the entire chain of 4 in her hands ensuring everyone was communicating, the solicitors answered to Lydia too. Have Had to edit due to their reply.... my partner was never out of work & we never failed the affordability... just shows what awful company you are to not just accepted that to messed up with us then to reply with a lie......... thanks avoid avoid avoid Please Avoid this company. My partner and I had an offer accepted on a flat and Matthew was the one who was dealing with us. Unfortunately the offer fell through and we did not end up getting the flat due to it being down valued and the seller not wanting to accept a lower offer. During this time we do not feel like Matthew helped us in any way to try and secure the flat for the price which was advised by the mortgage company. I understand this isnt up to him but alternatively when we couldn't match what the seller wanted.... we were practically dirt on Matthew's shoe. He didnt want to know anymore, on to the next. We then kept our eye on it to see if it has sold. We then saw it had been taken off the market, we got back in touch with Matthew to see if it had sold or if the person selling it decided not to sell it in the end. Matthew then came back to us saying the seller is now looking to rent the property, again this was great as we were still interested! We expressed to Matthew we would be interested in renting the flat and potentially buying it. He took this on board and guess what....did not reply. We did not hear from him at all. my parter and I are first time buyers & were super excited to maybe have what we thought at the time was our dream 'starter' home. (thank goodness we didnt get it!) We found Matthew to be very unprofessional. My partner and I were pretty upset with the experience we had with Easymoove so he wrote a small review expressing his upset and named Matthew ( the person dealing with us)!!!! Then as you can see below I receive this threatening email, threatening legal action against...me? bearing in mind my partner wrote the review... so shouldn't Matthew be contacting James & not me? Im pretty sure if one of us were to write a lovely review and included his name he wouldn't have a problem??? Now here I am putting my experience of Easymoove! I would avoid this estate agent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Offer you 30% less than market value, say they are cash buyers which they aint. They then tell you theres no actual cash buyers, we all do the same, we just market it for a profit and we have stamp duty to pay for, so thats why we offer less…. All the same, no cash to buy just want to advertise it claiming they can sell to ‘investors on their investor portfolio…. Or as they say, zoopla and rightmove 🤣
