We recently sold our house with Ashley Elbourne at EweMove and honestly, we couldn’t be happier that we chose to go with him. We had a few different estate agents come out to value the house, but Ash just stood out from the beginning. He was so enthusiastic about our home and, more importantly, really seemed to care about getting us the best possible price and finding the right buyers. His communication was brilliant throughout. He set up a WhatsApp group with us, which made everything so easy, and he was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed him. Even when we were asking what probably felt like really small questions, nothing was ever too much trouble and he always came back to us quickly. The photos were fantastic and we absolutely loved the description he wrote for the house. It actually felt like he had taken the time to understand what made our home special, rather than just using the usual estate-agent wording. It really helped show off the house and the lifestyle that came with it. He also went above and beyond with viewings, doing evenings and Sundays when needed. That made such a difference because our eventual buyers could view when it suited them, rather than having to rush around during the day. We genuinely think that helped us achieve the price we did. After dealing with other estate agents, the difference was huge. Ash was involved, available and genuinely seemed to care about getting the right result for us. We’re so glad we went with him. He was worth every penny and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ash to anyone thinking about selling their home. Thanks for everything, Ash!

I cannot recommend Ashley Elbourne highly enough. This was a particularly challenging and complicated house sale, and Ashley’s negotiation skills genuinely made the difference between the sale completing and potentially falling through. Throughout the process, he remained incredibly proactive, responsive and solution-focused. When difficulties arose, Ashley didn’t simply pass messages between parties, he actively communicated, negotiated and worked to keep everyone engaged and the transaction moving forward. At several critical points, his persistence and ability to find a way through what seemed like an impossible situation were invaluable. I genuinely believe that without Ashley’s involvement, patience and exceptional negotiation skills, this sale may not have completed at all. I had an excellent experience with EweMove Swindon, thanks to Stephanie. As this was my first time renting and moving into my own place, I had plenty of questions, but she made the whole process much less stressful. Stephanie was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to my emails and messages. Highest recommendation for Ashley at EweMove Swindon. Needed to sell our house quickly in order to progress with another sale. We chose to go with Ashley at EweMove. The sales process was straightforward with EweMove with an online portal that keeps you updated with website views and physical viewings. Ashley was available throughout the process to offer updates, help and advice. I feel he went above and beyond with chasing our buyers agents and solicitors. We encountered a number of issues with our onward purchase house which caused a lot of stress however Ashley did what he could to keep everything moving along in the right direction and at the right speed. Throughly recommend Ewemove Estate Agents. After having my house on the market with another Estate Agent for 5 months with no sale, changed to Ewemove who sold my property to the very first viewing in the first week it was on the market. No Contract to be tied into was a big benefit but it was Jo and her team who won me over. Very friendly and professional. The description about the house was really personal to the house and not generic. Photos taken (which were not charged to me as the previous estate agent did) were great and really presented the house well. Jo always let me know what the feedback was after viewings and I knew I could always get hold of her anytime I wanted. I cannot thank her enough for the service I received. I would not recommend renting through EweMove based on my experience. I rented a property managed by them for around 18 months, and throughout the tenancy, communication was consistently poor. Repairs that were reported either took an unreasonable amount of time to address or were not completed at all, despite being raised repeatedly. The information I was given before moving into the property turned out to be inaccurate, which left me feeling misled from the very beginning. General maintenance of the property was also lacking, and it often felt like issues were simply ignored rather than managed properly. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the apparent lack of communication between EweMove and the landlord. It gave the impression that concerns were not being passed on effectively, leaving problems unresolved and tenants stuck in the middle. Renting a home should come with a reasonable expectation that maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and that communication is honest and professional. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with EweMove, and I would think very carefully before using them again.
