We are currently due to move in to our new home in the next couple of weeks, the barratt team have been excellent from the start. Luke has been exceptionally helpful and always solved our issues or queries to the highest level. Can’t fault the man! Highly recommend buying from these guys and can’t wait to move!

No good Gp around. Wroughton is close GP whom will take new patient onboard. But waiting time on schedule appointment is 1.5 hrs , you will be lucky to get appointment on the day. Normal appointment three weeks away. More house developing around the area but No GP NO SCHOOL OR NURSURY PLAN. HOUSE BUILD CHEAP OVERPRICE HOUSE WHATEVER THE DEFINATION OF WARRANTY IS DOESNT WORK WITH barrets home. People park and block main roads Garden is sogy al the time Floor make loud noise when walk even though its new build

House comes with Swiming pool not back Garden. Site manager refuse to sort it out. He has bag full of excuse. Everytime it rain the water just gathers and makes huge puddle. New build house shouldnt come with these problem. This is not the only problem overall house build very poorly inside walls cracking whole floor board Squeak when walking gently boiler install poorly door handle breaking off due to poorly install driveway spacing is so tight that neighbour car hit door all the time with your car garage leaks and moulding too. Regret buying here

Cheap build building, they say warranty for 3 year or 5 years after purchase but everything time you call them they will turn up only with excuses like how its normal these problems rather fixing it. currently having loads of issue roof leaking toilet smell bad some of the wall brick cracked kitchen equipment cheap not fully functional doors handle coming off garage door handle poor quality anytime will come off garage sips gallons of water from outside smells damp garden have some rubbish soil on so soft cant even cut grass with lawn mower

First class sales advisor. We have met a lot of sales advisors in past couple months and if I am honest, Luke wins, he has been very patient and professional. Can't comment on the build as ours isn't ready yet, but sure feel assured that Luke will be there for support until the very end.
