Excellent letting experience. I used Allen & Harris for letting out my property in North Swindon. The team catered to all my criteria for marketing my property and worked around my dates. The property was let within a week of advertising. Millie is very knowledgeable with the local market & worked in my best interests. The entire team Millie, Bethany, Tyler did an amazing job with the advertising, viewings, regular updates, achieving the landlord compliance for the rental. Very professional & friendly service. We joined as members of Sequence mortgage advisers when we bought a house from Allen and Harris (Swindon branch) in 2020. Since then we’ve remortgaged and moved house with the assistance and guidance from Sean Davis. We've been really happy so far! George (and David) have been in touch enough but not too much (no pestering), both down to earth and friendly and we haven't felt pressured at all. We had to impose a bit of a pause while we sort out the buying part as it took longer than expected to find a new property, but George and David have been fine with waiting and gave us the space needed. There has been no pressure from them at all. As soon as we were ready to go again everything has happened nice and speedy and smoothly. Very impressed, thanks folks :) Oh and Jamie in the mortgage bit is great too and came highly recommended! Overall, very happy so far!

We turned up earlier than expected from london and asked if there was any chance we could could see the property we were booked in for any earlier than the allotted appointment time , and they couldn’t be any more accommodating . We went to their offices and Tyler very kindly drove us to the house which by the way was wonderful . We had our offer accepted today which were overjoyed about.
