We put our lovely house up for sale and Robinson Jackson had enquiries half an hour after it went online. After an open morning of 9 people we had three offers. We accepted the one who offered £10,000 more after a week. It’s got to be a record. We were blown away. So glad out of our three valuation agents we chose Robinson Jackson who were most local. We would recommend the branch and thank them particularly Amanda, Emily and Kerstie.

Have received an excellent service from Amanda and her Team. From the initial valuation visit it was clear that R&J were in a different class, head and shoulders above the other agents that came to value my property. Amanda was very knowledgeable about the local area and the current property market and had done a lot of research/prep before her visit, which gave me confidence in her valuation. She also talked over everything involved in a house move and gave me approx prices, along with recommendations for solicitors, removal companies etc. I took her advice to pay for professional photographs, which were absolutely brilliant. My property was on the market within a week and went live on the 3 main portals on a Thursday and they had 4 viewings arranged for the Saturday and then additional viewings on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and I was lucky enough to receive a full asking price the following Monday, so just over a week. Abbie and Kirstie handled the initial viewings and were both lovely and I was impressed by their professionalism - but for me the absolute STAR was Joe, who was my main contact during the sales process, his communication was excellent and all phone calls were followed up with emails and or text messages, so I always knew exactly what was happening. He also supported and guided me through the process of considering multiple offers. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received so far, but I know there is a long way to go and I'm sure there will be some ups and downs, but I feel like I am in good hands.

Cant speak highly enough of the team at Robinson Jackson. They are so friendly, ever helpful and work tirelessly to get people through the door to view your property. Olivia has been the one dealing with my sale in the main and has been so wonderful but the entire team put so much effort in to get the result you want. We sold our first home with Robinson Jackson. Rob (Senior Partner) and his team were wonderful and professional from the start. We were not 100% sure about selling at the beginning. They offered to take some photos first (they were beautiful by the way!) without charge while we decided whether to put the house on the market. They never pressurised us and they made us feel very comfortable about making this decision for ourselves. Once decided, they gave excellent advice on pricing based on their extensive experience of the local area. They were very efficient - from the moment we casually walked into the agency for a chat to having photos taken, and having the house up on the market took less than a week. Rob and his team secured us a successful offer on the first day of viewings. Following that, it was a very long painful wait because of the size of the chain... But Rob and his team continued to reassure us, chase up on the chain and communicate with us effectively, keeping us updated. We highly recommend Robinson Jackson.

Robinson Jackson have been absolutely amazing from start to finish! If your thinking of going with them , you should! Myself and my partner were made to feel comfortable and welcome as we walked in and straight away was seen by a broker when we told them we was interested in a property.
