We highly recommend Miles & Son! As first time buyers, we were nervous and after renting for almost 20 years, the purchasing process was completely new to us. Alison was utterly exceptional, so friendly and supportive, keeping us informed throughout the process and generally just so lovely! Richard helped ‘seal the deal’ and was super friendly, honest and highly efficient. When we picked up our keys, the ‘new home’ welcome box was a really thoughtful touch that meant so much to us. We had a few unfortunate issues relating to prospective purchasers which did mean that our sale took a while to happen but Richard and Alison worked hard to find our eventual buyer. I have just completed on the sale of an awkward property that with any other agent would have driven me to drink!
